This was a 4 bedroom 2 bath home when we started in July, 2008.  It had been seriously neglected and was in foreclosure.  However, it had good bones and a nice size lot.

After 2 months of work, the home was converted into a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home - ready for new buyers.
