More Vrain Pictures

Although the exterior photos do not show lots of progress, a lot of the work this week has been inside.  All of the trades are working on receiving their "rough" inspections from the City of Denver.  Although we hoped to be done with this process by now, I feel confident we will be insulating and hanging drywall next week ... stay tuned!  I always underestimate the time involved with dealing with the City.  Meanwhile, other parts of the project keep moving forward:

The garage is ready for stucco, lights and trim and we can call it done!

The outside will receive stucco and vertical metal siding around the first of August.

Construction Update

We are all framed in and the trades are busily working on "roughing in" all of the services to these new homes - plumbing, electric, heating and air conditioning.  Hopefully, we will start hanging drywall next week.  Stay tuned for updates!

A week ago found the structure with almost all of the windows installed and waiting for the fascia.

Manny jumped in to help the framing crew set this long wall for the 4-car garage.
This garage is now framed, sheated and roofed.  Stay tuned for updated pictures!

Oh to be young ... Manny was so excited to start spreading this load of fill dirt.

Vrain Construction

We have made great progress this month at Vrain.  We will look forward to showing you around the next time you are in the neighborhood.

Monroe - SOLD

The home on Monroe sold to a lovely family on May 15th.
