Glencoe Street SOLD!

We closed on the Glencoe Street project Friday.

Glencoe - Under Contract

Just a quick update ... the Glencoe Street property went under contract early last week.  The inspection went through without a hitch and we are scheduled to close mid September.  Stay tuned for more updates on the closing and future projects!

Glencoe - ON THE MARKET

Glencoe will be placed "officially" on the market this weekend.  Enjoy the pictures of the finished product!

 

 

Glencoe - Week 5

Lots of work happened at Glencoe this week - the big things included installing the fence in the back yard and framing the basement.

Glencoe - week 3

We are still working on tearing this house up so that we can put it back together again ...

The rear porch/carport was torn off and "thrown away" -

The underground plumbing was installed in the basement
for the new bathroom

The paneling and carpet was removed from the first floor of the house -
now we can see if all of these hardwood floors can be refinished!

Glencoe - week two

This week at the Glencoe St. property, the garage came out of the ground, a new furnace and the new electrical panel was installed.  Now that the boring work is almost complete, we should be able to begin the fun stuff!

Glencoe Street Closing

We closed on the Glencoe Street property last week.  

The furnace and basement full of stuff before we started working!

After cleaning out the basement we welcomed the abatement company to come and remove the old furnace and the asbestos that surrounded the ductwork.  This week we will begin building the garage, replace the electrical service and install the new furnace.  Not very exciting work, but essential to the project!
