Vrain - Preliminary Design

We are working with a local architect to prepare design/construction drawings for the Vrain project.  Here is a very preliminary rendering of the finished product.  

Monroe - Under Construction

Since we rented the house back to the sellers for a couple of weeks, the start of construction has been slow.  However, we made great headway last week.  The demo is mostly complete, new walls are framed, cabinets and flooring ordered ...

Monroe - Purchase Closed

We closed on the Monroe project Friday morning. It was a lovely closing.

We purchased the home from a couple in their 80s that have decided to move to something that is easier to maintain ... a loft in Lowry ... they are happy that they can walk to the grocery store and the local Tavern.

They are also happy that we are going to do the improvements to their home that they don't have the energy to do ...

I will look forward to showing them the finished project in January

 before they leave for a winter in Arizona!

3270 Vrain Street

We have gone under contract on another new and exciting project.  Once again, this project has a little different twist than the projects we completed this past summer.  This home is an existing duplex located in the Highlands neighborhood.  Our plan is to add a second story ("pop the top") and then sell each side separately.  We are scheduled to close at the end of November and hope to begin construction in the new year.

3031 S. Monroe Street

We have gone under contract on our next project.  This is a little different than our others ... although it needs lots of interior improvements, the home is overall in good shape!  We will close and begin work at the end of October.  Watch here for updates ...

Glencoe Street SOLD!

We closed on the Glencoe Street project Friday.

Glencoe - Under Contract

Just a quick update ... the Glencoe Street property went under contract early last week.  The inspection went through without a hitch and we are scheduled to close mid September.  Stay tuned for more updates on the closing and future projects!
